Registration Deadlines:

  • Early registrations - on or before 30th January 2017
  • Regular registrations - between 31st January and 8th March 2017
  • Late registrations - after 9th March 2017

At least 1 author per paper must register and attend the full conference by the earlybird deadline.

Paying by credit/debit card (preferred):

The online store accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta cards and PayPal.  Unfortunately it does not accept American Express or Diners cards. 

Please note:  late registrations cannot be guaranteed a space at the conference banquet.  We will do our best to accommodate you but in the event of cancellation, your fee will be refunded.

On receipt of your registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent automatically to your registered email address.  This confirmation email can also be used as a receipt.  The system used to register is NOT the same as the system used to submit papers therefore you will need to set yourself up as a new customer.
